研究领域：  

长期从事食源性病毒（以诺如病毒和轮状病毒为代表）污染与控制的相关研究，主要包括：不同食品中食源性病毒吸附配体的解析及其与病毒互作的分子机制、食品样品高效前处理体系的建立、感染性病毒颗粒高通量自动化检测方法的研发、病毒污染控制体系的构建等工作。
