主要研究领域:

在真核生物中存在保守复杂的内膜系统,主要由磷脂双分子层的生物膜组成。生物膜形成不同功能的亚细胞结构即细胞器,将细胞分割成功能不同的区域,使得各种生化反应在特定的细胞器内高效地进行,维持细胞的内稳态。植物细胞包含多种细胞器,主要分为双层膜(如自噬体、叶绿体和线粒体等)、单层膜(如液泡、内质网和高尔基体等)以及无膜细胞器(如生物分子凝聚体等)。这些细胞器对于植物的生长发育和抗逆境胁迫发挥不可或缺的功能。

本课题组以模式植物拟南芥、粮食作物水稻以及园艺作物番茄等作为材料开展研究,结合细胞生物学(超分辨显微技术,电子显微技术等)、分子生物学、遗传学和生物信息学等多种方法从亚细胞微观角度出发,探索植物细胞器响应逆境的信号通路, 解析细胞器与植物抗逆胁迫的关系,为作物抗逆改良提供重要理论基础。目前主要研究内容包括:

1. 自噬信号通路调控与自噬体形成的分子机制

2. 植物自噬信号与生长发育信号的协同调控关系

3. 植物细胞器感知热胁迫信号的通路及其抗热机制
