主要研究内容:

课题组围绕“植物抵御土传病害侵染”这一核心问题展开工作,长期致力于植物与土传病害(青枯菌)分子互作研究,前期发现青枯菌通过分泌三型效应因子(T3E),抑制植物抗病反应,操纵植物代谢,从而壮大病菌种群,最终使植物发病。

课题组现以茄科作物与青枯菌分子互作为研究模式,从茄科作物与病原细菌两个方面开展工作,核心回答茄科作物抗病机制解析及挖掘利用抗病基因这个重要问题。主要包括:

(1) 细胞壁主动参与抗病反应分子机制。

(2) 效应子蛋白操纵植物免疫及发育分子机制。

(3) 新型抗病受体蛋白挖掘及应用。
